No need to worry about lost or stolen packages - we make sure all of our packages are insured and we recommend that you require a signature upon delivery. If your product gets lost or stolen in the mail, we’ll ship you a replacement package within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, and collect insurance on the lost package so you don’t have to worry about it! And if the original package does arrive later, you can either pay us for it in 30 days or send it back. 

 

Note: we cannot offer a free replacement product on packages that are marked as delivered. This is why we recommend you require a signature upon delivery, to avoid porch or mailbox theft. If you need a replacement product sooner, please order a new package.
