We love our customers the way that we love hemp! That’s why we stand behind our Quality Assurance. If you receive any product from us that isn’t top-shelf, we want to make it right and get you something that your customers will love! Please read below for more.


How does it work? If you received the wrong product, or if there is an issue with the product  you received, please fill out our exchange request form within 3 days of receiving the product. You can find the request form here:

Once we approve your request, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions. To be eligible for exchanges, all product must be returned to us in its original condition, within 4 days of when you receive our approval with your shipping label and instructions.  


Once your return package is received and inspected, we’ll email you to let you that we have your return package, and we’ll update you on the status of your exchange request. Once  the request is approved, we will automatically credit your account for the value of the product that you returned, which you can use to buy new product from our inventory!

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE.  We will gladly exchange product or provide a store credit toward future purchases.
