FAQ

A: Yes, as per the 2018 Farm Bill, all our products are federally legal and compliant hemp. 

Q: Are all your hemp products federally legal? 

 

A: Yes! We source only the finest hemp flowers that are organically grown in a climate that is renowned for premium cannabis. Hemp is any part of the Cannabis plant that tests at or under .3% delta 9 THC. We provide only dispensary-quality flower, and it’s all federally legal hemp!

Q: Is it really just hemp? Why does it look, smell and taste like marijuana or cannabis? 

A: Delta 8 is a naturally-occurring cannabinoid found in cannabis plants. Recent developments   allow us to make Delta 8 out of our own organically grown CBD hemp extract! Delta 8 takes the form of a distillate, which means it is concentrated and refined to remove potential impurities or processing compounds. This leaves you with a clean, safe product to enjoy any time of the day!

Q: What is Delta 8 THC? 

 

A: It depends. According to the 2018 Farm Bill, Delta 8 and all other hemp derived compounds like CBD, CBG, CBN, Delta 10, HHC and THCO are all federally legal when derived from hemp. However, many states have banned or regulated the sale of Delta 8 in their state laws. Please check with your own state regulators or local hemp industry organizations for more information.

Q: Is Delta 8 legal to buy and sell? 

 

A: Yes! All of our product COAs show .3% or less of total delta 9 THC. This means the total amount of delta 9 THC, plus the potential amount of delta 9 THC after full decarboxylation. 

Q: Are your products total THC compliant?

A: While we only source from farms that use holistic, sustainable and organic growing practices, many of the farms we work with have not gone through the long and expensive process to become certified as organic. So, while our hemp IS organic, most of it isn’t certified as organic. 

Q: Are your products certified Organic?

A: We have been shipping hemp for several years and we can assure you it’s totally legal! We actually have registered hemp business accounts with our shipping partners, USPS and UPS. They are fully aware of what we are shipping and are on board with hemp! However, sometimes packages do get lost or stolen in the mail. That’s why we always insure packages for their full value, and replace lost or stolen packages. Please read our shipping policy here for more info.

Q: Is it legal to ship this stuff in the mail? What if it gets lost or stolen? 

A: YES We can ship you vape cartridges!!! We just need some information about your business first, to make sure everything goes smoothly in the shipping process. The laws that came into effect in 2021 are meant to keep kids from buying vapes online, but we found a way to legally ship vapes to other businesses. Q: Can you ship me vape cartridges? Isn’t that illegal now?

A: We take pride in our quality and we want you to feel totally satisfied with your order. If you received the wrong product, or your product came damaged or defective in some way, please fill out our exchange request form here within 3 days of receiving your order. We would love to get you a replacement product that will make you smile! You can read our full return policy here

Q: What is your return policy? How do I get a refund? 

A: Currently, we are only selling wholesale products. However, you are welcome to buy yourself a sample pack of any product type. If you looove our products and want to help us reach more businesses in your area, please contact us about our independent sales positions - we’re hiring! 

Q: Can I buy these products for personal use, or do you only sell wholesale? 

A: Absolutely! As a wholesaler, we love giving you a better deal for higher volume orders. Please join our buyer's club to get personalized service from a sales team member for larger orders. We also offer discounts on monthly subscription orders!

Q: Do you offer discounts for buying in higher volume? 

A: Yes! We fully understand the need to put eyes on the hemp you’re buying in bulk. We are more than happy to set a time for you to see the product at our warehouse in Medford, Oregon. Q: Can I come see your products in person before I buy?

A: Yes, we require customers to pay for their own shipping and insurance on all packages. You may choose to pay for expedited shipping if you wish, but shipping insurance is always required. This way, if something happens with your order, we can always claim insurance and send you a new package ASAP!

Q: Do I have to pay for my own shipping and insurance? 

A: For orders placed before 2pm PST we offer same day shipping, but the time it takes for the carrier to deliver will vary based on the shipping speed you selected at checkout. We send out an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped. If you don’t see it, please look in your spam or promotions folder! If you still can’t find it, please check your receipt to make sure we have the correct email address for you! If not, use the contact form here to let us know. 

Q: Where is my tracking number? Has my order shipped yet?

A: Please use the tracking number for your package to see carrier progress and delivery updates. If your package is marked as delivered, but you still haven’t gotten it, you will need to contact the carrier to see if they can find it. If it still hasn’t arrived after the delivery due date, please review our shipping policy here to learn more and see how we can take care of you.

Q: Where is my package? When will it get here?

A: That is totally up to you, but if a package is marked as delivered and you never received it, we are not able to collect insurance on the lost package, and you’ll need to pay for any replacement product you might need. So, we do recommend that you require a signature upon delivery. Why take the risk? Requiring a signature really does help prevent package theft.

Q: Do I need to require a signature upon delivery?

A: We currently accept all major credit cards, checks in the mail, bank transfers, and payment in person.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? 

A: This simply means we need to stock up our shelves with more of this amazing product! We buy and process flower in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. If something you want is out of stock, don’t worry! It’ll be back in stock soon. Please choose the option to be notified when this item is back in stock, and you’ll be the first to know when we have more available! Q: What does it mean when a product is listed as “out of stock?”
